The Jindee Village hub will sweep around an esplanade on the ocean front. Then climb back into protected streets and plaza shaded areas, away from the afternoon breezes. It will merge seamlessly with the beach, beach activities and the water.
On the largest beach, there will be space for visitors and residents to come together to enjoy the coastal experience in comfort with pavilions, shade trees, seating and public art. A hotel and other short stay accommodation is planned.
But there are also small hidden coves with intimate beaches that will be less obvious to access.
The Village and the beach will be in easy walking distance of all the neighbourhoods of Jindee. And the walks will be enhanced by wide and landscaped footpaths, natural paths, interesting passages and above all trees, trees and more trees. The shade and windbreak of the trees will enhance the experience.
And at night, as people walk along Oceania Avenue, the impact of low pedestrian lighting and well pruned trees will create the effect of being on a European style boulevard.
