Jindee will provide boundary fencing and an attached attached face and gate (as per the Architectural Standards, Local Development Plan (LDP) and Individual Lot Plans (ILP)). Some lots have a stair rebate.
At Jindee we offer the following inclusions

All Jindee home sites are inclusive of a high quality fencing system, which incorporates full height side and rear fencing and a gate to the rear laneway.

Some Jindee home sites are inclusive of an attached fence, which will be constructed by the developer. This solid  fence will extend from the side of the dwelling to the side boundary of the lot meeting with the neighbouring dwelling and will incorporate one single gate per lot. The attached fence maintains the high end finish and streetscape of Jindee.

Home sites which have a complete width front retaining wall provided by the developer, and require the inclusion of front stairs to access the footpath, will be eligible for a stair rebate from the developer. The Jindee home stairs will be finished and positioned by the builder to complement the individual home and its requirements, adding to the beauty of the Jindee streetscape. Stair structures are to be included in the build cost of your home and completed by the builders during construction of the home.
