At Jindee, every new release marks more than just the purchase of land, it is the beginning of a new chapter, and the start of a community coming to life.
With Release 12, we recently welcomed our newest purchasers with a special evening held on the balcony of the Jindee Sales Office. As the sun set over the coast, future neighbours came together to share food and drinks, take in the outlook, and begin forming the connections that will shape the streets and spaces of Jindee in the years ahead.
These evenings are an important part of how we do things differently. While they celebrate a milestone, securing a homesite in Jindee they are equally about creating a sense of belonging from the very beginning. Before the first slab is poured or the first home is framed, there is already a feeling of community taking shape.
A highlight of the evening is the presentation of our Jindee welcome hampers. Thoughtfully curated by our team, each hamper draws on the tradition of housewarming gifts, symbolic pieces chosen to bring warmth, comfort and good fortune to a new home.
Inside, you will find a selection of meaningful items: honey for sweetness, wood for strength and growth, candles for light and love, blankets for comfort and warmth, oil for nourishment, towels for everyday living, wine for renewal and keys representing the exciting journey ahead. Each element is chosen with care, then beautifully arranged in a woven basket designed to be used long after the evening ends whether for a walk to the shops, a picnic on the lawn, or a day at the beach.
It is these small, thoughtful touches that reflect what Jindee is all about. Not just creating places to live, but creating a way of living; one that is connected, considered, and grounded in a genuine sense of community.
As Release 12 continues to take shape, we look forward to seeing these homes rise, these streets fill with life, and these early connections grow into something lasting.
