This prestigious award was jointly presented to Estates Development Company and the City of Wanneroo, acknowledging the visionary planning that has shaped Jindee into a truly unique coastal community.

This national award celebrates not only the design excellence of Jindee but also its long-term commitment to place-making, walkability, and character-rich urban form.
