It has been fifteen years in the making and Estates Development Company’s (EDC) revolutionary vision for the Jindee estate in Perth’s north is finally coming to life with stage one lots released today.
EDC Executive Chairperson Fiona Roche said that the estate, located in Jindalee, is a first of its kind development that has been designed to reflect the traditional coastal living of Perth as seen at Fremantle, Rottnest Island and Cottesloe.
“From the outset we have wanted to develop a distinctive connection to the natural environment and deliver a true coastal village and diverse residential areas that will not look or feel like a traditional suburban estate,” she said.
“After more than a decade of planning it is terrific to finally allow the public into Jindee to see our vision of a truly unique coastal village come to life over the months and years ahead.”
Jindee will include approximately 900 residential lots, with 30 of these homesites released today.
The development will feature a mix of transects, from small lot housing and mixed uses in an urban setting, to bigger lots with a rural feel. Lots will range from 165sqm to over 2500sqm.
