On Friday, November 8th, 2024, Estates Development Company and City of Wanneroo took home the coveted Strategic Planning Project Award for the Jindee Coastal Village Structure Plan at the Planning Institute of Australia’s (PIA) WA Awards for Planning Excellence.  The Jindee Coastal Village, a visionary coastal development project, stood out for its thoughtful integration of architectural design, community engagement, and long-term strategic planning.
